Rubber inner head, medium soft sound, also round, with a more direct attack due to greater tension in its yarn. The N means it has a normal weight, made with a larger diameter head than the light L series.

The wooden handle in this case is made of maple treated with a chemical substance that makes it more flexible (it's what gives it the brown color). This offers exceptional comfort and feel when striking, and reduces the stiffness of a normal wooden handle.
