Gummy thermoplastic inner head, hard sound, not aggressive at all, exceptional respect for the instrument's plates. More direct attack due to higher tension in its yarn. The N means it has a normal weight, made with a larger diameter head than the L light series.

The wooden handle in this case is made of maple treated with a chemical substance that makes it more flexible (this is what gives it the brown color). This offers exceptional comfort and feel when striking, and reduces the stiffness felt with a normal wooden handle.
