Very soft rubber core, creating a muffled sound and attack. The oval head offers the possibility of playing at different angles for greater versatility.

The wooden handle in this case is made of maple treated with a chemical substance that makes it more flexible (this is what gives it its brown color). This offers exceptional comfort and feel when striking, and reduces the stiffness felt with a normal wooden handle.
